When I'm assigning a call I need to know who's certified for what, especially on refrigerant and fire systems.
Right now that lives in a spreadsheet and in my dispatcher's head. If the cert showed on the tech card on the board, we'd stop sending people to jobs they can't legally close.
Bonus points if it flags an expiring cert before it lapses.
