We're at about 60% same-day closeout and it's been stuck there for a year.
The guys who do it, do it every time. The guys who don't, don't. Reminders haven't moved it. Neither has asking nicely in the morning huddle.
Before I go the discipline route, has anyone actually fixed this? What worked?
